A New Audiences event featuring some of the UK's most exciting poets and spoken word artists in association with Apples & Snakes -
The artists who appeared at the event were:
AF Harrold, a performance poet, storyteller and writer. He has appeared on BBC Radio Berkshire and BBC 4 Word of Mouth New Year Special.
Jenny Lindsay who who The Tap Water Poetry Award in 2002, confirming her place as one of Scotland's leading performance poets. Co-runner and co-ordinator of Edinburgh's Big Word, she now performs nationally.
Abraham Gibson, a London-born poet and storyteller. He was a member of the Brothaman Poetry Collective and the winner of The Voice Poet of the Year Award in 2002
Stacy Makishi, an internationally renowned multi-media poet and artist. She has had many residencies, taught at universities across the UK and toured the USA and the UK.
