    Northern Lights was a series of free New Audiences events bringing together an eclectic range of contemporary poets including award-winning published poets and some of the UK's most exciting new voices.

  • Viking Traces featured poetry celebrating the northern lands.

    It featured some of the best contemporary poets and new voices.

    There were readings from Glyn Maxwell, who with Simon Armitage, retraced the steps of Auden and McNiece's journey through Iceland; from emerging talent Sarah Hesketh and the young Danish poet Malene Engelund.
