Poet in the City is delighted to present the 2016 TS Eliot Prize winner Sarah Howe as the host of our annual Poetry Breakfast, which this year marks our ten year anniversary. In the wonderful setting of the Bloomsbury Hotel, we’ll be providing coffee, croissants and the very best of contemporary poetry.

Sarah Howe is a British poet, academic and editor. Her first book, Loop of Jade (Chatto & Windus, 2015), won the T.S. Eliot Prize and The Sunday Times / PFD Young Writer of the Year Award, and was shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney Centre Poetry Prize and the Forward Prize for Best First Collection.  She is currently a Leverhulme Fellow in English at University College London.

This event is free to attend as part of our National Poetry Day celebrations.
