Live on stage two of the UK's most exciting illustrators brought to life poems in a new and dynamic format which seeks to explore the huge imaginative possibilities of both art forms.

Taking inspiration from classic work and fresh contemporary talent, the illustrations will pushed boundaries and brought poetry to life before your eyes.

Geoffrey Coupland (Zeel) has been an illustrator and comic book artist since 1995. He lectures in Illustration at Camberwell College of Art.

Sebastian Peake is the son of Mervyn Peake celebrated writer, artist, illustrator and a former tutor at Camberwell College of Arts; best known for his Gormenghast trilogy, he also wrote poetry, short stories and plays.

Jim Stoten is a freelance Illustrator. He graduated from Brighton University in 2003 and now lives in Suffolk.

Catherine Smith is a writer of prose and drama as well a poetry. She teaches for the University of Sussex and the Arvon Foundation.

This event was the second in the Writing on the Wall series of three New Audiences events celebrating the relationship between poetry and art
